Just my 2 cents,
If the machine is a DEA, keep it that, for various technical reasons.
Try to get a good deal from an OEM or its direct representative. Have you had good dealings in the past with service from this company ??? If not, I wouldn`t blame you to shop around & test & look at the software that comes with the upgrade. The cost, as Jay stated, is high to do this, but get prices.
A new machine with a good trade in may be the way.
