We have a LK machine that moves real "herky-jerky" in the X axis while traveling down the machine. It really doesn't perform as bad if the machine is in a auto move but, in a manual move it is very bad. We have had these machines maintained and upgraded. The machine is a G-80, approx 2Mx1Mx1M with new digital controlers.

Has anyone else experienced this and what would be the solution?
