We're noticing a disturbing trend on the lower end b&s machines. in the last 6 months we've had 4 customers have to buy new encoders for their Microvals or PfXs. These weren't the old machine that seem to keep going but newer models. one was just a few months out of warranty. Any other service guys noticing this? Is it coincidence or did B&S get a bad batch of encoders?
