This is what i have 11 radial ribs on two sides of a part there is ramps in XX # of place the part is a cam for a ignition switch.hear is the problem the ribs are called out as a basic as a R from Datum A(center of part) as well as a basic from datum C (planer datum).an then the ramps are tolerance by profile of a surface .
now there is one thing the face of the ramp is not normal to the R of the rib it is set at a diff angle,witch is not on my part print .so all in all i do not see that there is enouf data on hand to do this as print has called out.What would be the best way to handle this?I have a MTI CMM with geomes software an would like to use this to mes 100% of this part an this is the onley thing holding me up on this first out .
