Thanks, Mark for your quick response. I think I did not post my question very clear. I've already calculated the CMM uncertainty value (G) and I could not use the true position tolerance (T) as-it-is to calculate the gauge to tolerance ratio (G/T). It is because the true position tolerance is not a linear value. Would like to know how to convert this true position tolerance into a linear value so that I can compare apples to apples.
