You have a big job on your hands! The best or the worst is a matter of opinion.I would stay with big names.LK , BROWN & SHARP ,MITUTOYO , IMS , ect.Give each one of them one of your components to do a program on, get them to check it several times under your supervision moving it each time.Compare the results. When you go take an other component with you and watch them program it to see how easy it is , add an extra hole or delete a line of YOUR choosing in the middle of the program to see how easy it is to do.Make sure that you are given what you are promised by getting it in writing. I use a I.M.S. machine and have found it very good ,they all do the same job.You will have to find the best one for your application.If you want to e-mail me for any more help feel free.Best of luck as you will need it
