We have large CMMs all over the USA including South Africa and Australia. I was very nervous when I heard of all the changes. Although I've had to learn to call different locations and talk to people who really don't seem to understand what I'm talking about, the same experienced servicemen are showing up to to the work. The response time is just as good as it was before. I still call the same people in Dayton for tech support.
