I am. I have two PCs hooked up to my 7.6.5 Excel, one for MM4, one for PC-DMIS. I prefer MM4 by a large margin, although it's hard to convince anyone else here of its utility.

My problem today has more to do with SCO Unix, and I'm getting no satisfaction from them, or from Dell, so I thought I'd look here.

I'm trying to upgrade computer hardware and software for Y2K compliance. When I fire up MM4 I get a 'timeout waiting for servo status response' message. I wave my magic Unix wand (stty < /dev/tty1a) and find that the difference between the serial port on the old computer, and the new, is that the old computer has "ispeed 9600", and the new has "ispeed 0" which suggests to me that the signal may be getting out of the computer, but it's not getting in...

Any clues?
