Would you be Referring to CMMDATA and CMMINSP?
I was under the impression that this was propriortory software/macros? But, if there not, and Brian doesnt have them, it doesnt help his problem.

Brian, I'm not so sure you will have any luck converting your CATIA model to IGES. I have tried several model types (*sur *fac.. solide) with not much luck.. Frankly I feel the whole IGES standard to be a little weak and he CATIA IGES converter a LOT weak.
