Your problem was most likely caused by you loading your Datapage after you installed PC-DMIS. When you loaded PC-DMIS, there was a question that was asked if you had Datapage installed. If you would have clicked yes, the two files that you are needing are installed. Try reloading (install) your pc-dmis program and enter yes when the prompt asks you if datapage is installed. That should fix the error message.
