Using MS Excel open the results file (*.* All Files). It will bring up a delimiting option. Put the settings to "Space" delimited and press next. Another window will open and show you the layout of the delimit settings. You can press back to add other delimits if needed or you can select which rows/columns you do/don't want included. Press next and Excel will open the file in the format you specified. Hope this answers your question. I have command buttons set up in my Excel reports using VBA that do everything for you.
