I want to send and receive ASCII files between my HP 9000 model 332 running UMESS 300 ver 5.12 to my Win NT 4.0 PC using a HPIB connection between the two computers. I think the Windows hardware/software will be a snap, its the HPL code that's the mystery. I have a complete set of HP manuals for HPL 2.1, but not for HPL 5.12. I am currently using Datacom and Crosstalk for windows to do this now. With Crosstalk sending a file to the PC is fast but going to the HP is real slow.
