We have been using Silma for a while now. Cim-Station is a powerful item to have in your tool box. As with any other tool it's effectiveness is directly related to the skill of the craftsman using it.
Cim-Station will give you the 'capability' to create top of the line programs. However, you should not expect miracles overnight. You will need to learn the softwares capabilities, as well as it's limitations.
What flavor of DMIS will you be working with? We use LK-DMIS here.
