Hello,
There exist a set of CATIA macros, which (1)allows you to display your measure points on your CAT model (2) create a "data set" of said points
(3) post process those points into your native inspection program.
(4) Run your inspection program IN CATIA to check for clearance, etc.
This approach negates the need for the IGES translator.
