Yes there is a manual published by Zeiss on how to use U-Soft. If you have worked with CMM's and CMM software before, you should easily be able to utilize this manual to bring yourself up to speed. U-Soft is a very simple, limited software which does not allow the operator too much latitude in programming options.

However, if you do not have a strong CMM software background, I would highly recommend taking a U-Soft class. Such classes are offered in a wide variety of locations by Zeiss (see www.zeiss.com for a listing of all classes and class agendas). There are also a variety of 3rd party vendors available for on-site training if you do not want to travel or feel you would benefit more from one on one training.
