James - Is this a PH9 or PH9A head? What is the shank diameter? Why are you selling it? Has it been "crashed"? What is the asking price?

Our company has discussed purchasing a 2nd PH9 and it's always been rejected due to the cost of a new unit. I believe we really should have a spare, but it's a tough sell when you have a perfectly good one in operation.
