Sounds like dampening settings.
(The machine is too rough for the TP200.)

If you don't have them set like this already try:

Switch 6 -> Up Debounce Mode
Switch 7 -> Down Debounce Timing
Switch 11 -> Up Trigger Level
Switch 12 -> Up Halt Filter 50 ms

Switch 12 may or may not be suitable for your machine. (I'm not sure about BNS so be careful.)

Again be careful though as you are maximizing the dampening characteristics of the PI200 with these settings.
And because of that you are not going to have the highest level of crash protection, and will also lose a small amount of accuracy of the probe.
