Sorry I didn't reply sooner. This is a very easy set up. These steps are from a document sent to me by Keith Morton. Here are the steps somewhat compressed to save space:

1. Open LKCMM.cfg and scroll down and change the SCR200 installed line to "NO". Save and close.

2. Unplug the SCR200.

3. Run the program called CALIB_TIP.dmi. Follow the instruction very closely. It will tell you, but to be safe make sure the only item connected to the TP200 module is a 20mm long tip. Any diameter, but only 20mm long. This is very important.

4. Exit LKDMIS and plug the SCR200 cable back in. I like to check the configuration file again to make certain it updated correctly to "YES".

If this is done correctly LKDMIS will now recognize the tip changer. Unfortunately you might not be done. In your template file (so it is present in all files)you will need to define the tips in the stalls. It must be entered using Program-Edit-Insert or in Wordpad, notepad, etc. Easiest is to type this in exactly:

S(T1)=SNSDEF/NONE,INDEX,POL,0,0
S(T2)=SNSDEF/NONE,INDEX,POL,0,0
S(T3)=SNSDEF/NONE,INDEX,POL,0,0
S(T4)=SNSDEF/NONE,INDEX,POL,0,0
S(T5)=SNSDEF/NONE,INDEX,POL,0,0
S(T6)=SNSDEF/NONE,INDEX,POL,0,0

Still not done. Now you need to associate these sensors with the toolholder. If you have V5.22 this part is easy. Program-Teach-Probe-Thldef. In this window make certain stall is 1 and then select T1 for the label (below "Stall" not at the top) then press the "Add" command button. Switch stall to 2 and select T2 for the label and press add again. Do you notice the pattern yet? Continue the same process for T3-T6. When you have defined them all in the upper "label" type T or whatever else you may want to call the tool holder. With "T" you will get this line, after pressing OK, inside your program:

TH(T)=THLDEF/S(T1),1,S(T2),2,S(T3),3,S(T4),4,S(T5),5,S(T6),6

If you do not have 5.22 or if you don't like my description you can type that with an editing program or the Edit-Insert button. After you have stepped over these definitions you are almost ready to rock.

At the top of the LKDMIS program select the CMM pull down menu and select ToolChange. Press the Reset button and select the OK button on the warning. Then press the set button and select the stall used for which ever tip you have manually put on the probe from the pull down menu. Select the OK button and close the tool change screen.

Simply use the SNSLCT command to select T1 or whichever you want and watch it go. Use the slow speed button to be safe the first couple of times though. IE:

SNSLCT/S(T1)

This would put the module in stall 1 on the probe if it was not already.

This is not the absolute best explanation so be very careful. As suggested previously if you are uncertain of this call LK and have them send you the document they sent me. My copy is about 2 yrs. old and some things may have changed by now. IE: the THLDEF button in 5.22. I think you can use calibrated sensors for the tools in the tool holder now, but I am not certain. Mine works fine and I'm not ready to change it yet. If any of this is not accurate I apologize and ask Keith, Duncan, Jerome, Eric, etc. to correct me if so. These guys are the pro's. It should work as this is pretty much exactly what I did when I set mine up. Best of luck to you!
