I would definitely get confirmation by way of example on taking complex freeform IGES bodies out of Apogee Level IV and import them INTACT* into CADKEY. I have been able to achieve only the import of complex solids and sections, (with specific points included on the surfaces), and the measurement of those points and features. I am having trouble exporting measured data in an iges file that can be modified in PRO-e cad package. we can extrude circles this way, but that is all. We are still trying to identify the correct settings in PRO-e. Make Starrett produce a measured iges file for you to import to CADKEY. Contact Phil Jones, Starrett Applications to arrange this.
