Gary,
Check your PC-DMIS settings to be sure that "Probe Compensation" is turned "ON". I have seen a few installations that defaulted to Probe Compensation "OFF". If "Probe Comp." is already "ON" then try recalibrating the stylus and checking the gage block again.
