If you just want points you can export a VDA file from UMESS however it will be probe center. If you have KUM you can export the VDA file and crop off the header and Silma will import points for display on the model.

I just ordered a DMIS output option from Zeiss that I hope will allow me to import the measuring record from UMESS UX directly into Silma. Silma has an option to import CMM results in either DMIS or Points Only. I have not yet received the option but I will let you know ASAP.
