Al,
I agree with Tony. The e-mail system (Silma@mail-list.com ) for Silma is a good way to communicate with all of the users for application issues. Silma Engineers may/may not even read this Forum. This is a better place when looking for a user to provide with tips and tricks to the application.

I think that we have all had cells that have become corrupted over time. I haven't ever been able to pin-point the causes myself. There are so many different things that go into a cell, so many things that may change throughout the life of a cell that could cause the failures.
