Concerning your posting, where are your in the US? The big show coming up is the IMTS show to be held in September in Chicago. This is a more than an inspection or quality show it also is the largest show for machine tools and CAD tools.

The Quality show is another one to attend for just metrology items. This year it was in Michigan but I understand it is moving back to Chicago as well.

I also attend the SME Westec show in LA. there is also an Eastec show but I am not sure where on the east coast.
