I do not know all the commands DMIS has for constructing features from other features but I can tell you what I would do in QUINDOS.

Also take a look at the picture which presents a similar case.

1. - Measure both angled surfaces as planes.

2. - Create a symmetry plane

3. - Level with symmetry plane

3.- Offset the symmetry plane to each side the gage dimmension indicated on the print

4.- Intersect the offset planes with the angled planes to obtain the datum points.

You could also do it with axis features instead of planes. Just align not level with the symmetry axis.
