I also have a brt 1220(about 2yrs old) and I have tried switching the ph9,tp2,and connecting wires with this machine with no success. I have also tried the suggested tension settings and get no results from that either. Thank you for all your help on this matter though. Guess I will have to make a service call.. Aaaaargh !!! those guys take forever.
