I'm a newbie also and these guys have been great to me both on and off the forum.

My company has used a training course by Al Neuman of Technical Consultants Incorporated, 585 Gunwale

Mr Neuman is a member of the ANSI Y14.5 subcommittee. His course consists of 11 one hour video tapes designed to be used with a workbook in a classroom environment. But they can be used individually at your own pace. I do not know the cost but I am sure it is pricey. I did learn a lot from this course and I would recommend it if your company will provide the course and the time to you.
