We have a Zeiss 1-dimensional CMM type "ULM 600" for sale. The measuring range is 100 mm with a resolution of 0,1 µm (Heidenhain glass scale). The probe heads can be shifted in a range of 600 mm. The scale is connected to a digital readout with a RS232 interface, so data can be transferred to a PC.

The system is in good shape an can be delivered including a new calibration. Accessories are not included.
