This is my 2nd request. Our engineer tried all suggestions, but still having problems.We just had our first cmm installed. An eclipse with u-soft. I am beginning to get acquainted with it before going to classes. It has an "air relief safety hose" attached to the back of the machine. When the air or condensation builds up, the hose goes off expelling air & water. It gives no warning - it just goes! As I am learning to use the machine & taking measurements, this type of distraction is extremely startling. Does anyone know of a way to modify this? My nerves are getting a real workout when this happens. In advance, thanks for any help..(by the way, I'm going for training Oct.16th).
