I don't have a Zeiss so I am not too familiar with the exact set-up. If this is redundant or ridiculous I apologize. To eliminate the water build up you can add an in-line dryer. For the pressure add a pressure regulator just after the dryer or at the CMM connection point. To my understanding this is the preferred manner to supply air (dried at a minimum because most machines have a regulator at the connection point already). If you have a Grainger book, there is a system similar to ours on page 2922. Page 2934 has some regulators. You can refer to pages 2932-2933 for typical set-ups. Hope this helps.
