Quality Tech in Sterling Heights, Mi gives excellant training for USoft. As I understood they are the only Certified Zeiss Training facility for USoft in the tri-state area. Log onto the Zeiss web page and they should give training facilities for your area.

I played with the software for 2 weeks before I went and it really paid off. We only had 2 people in the class and it went real well as the last day was mainly our questions to the trainer on specifics we wanted to know.

My area of knowledge was limited to Mitutoyo GeoPak 2100 and GeoMeasure 4000 and 6000. I have used Sheffield and B&S in the past but that was back in late 80's.

USoft is very limited in editing as you have to re-measure for all editing (must make all coord. sys. and probes are the same as in program). It is very easy to pick up but it does have it's quirks.
