Problem: I go under a plate to measure three points. I use a different tool rotation for each point,0/90, 90/-90, 90/180. Then I consturct a plane using these three points.
When I return to the top of the plate to measure thickness, from that plane, I get up to .014 varataion from side to side. I have re calibrated the tools, redefined my datums, double checked probe comp, double checked working plane. I'm totally at a loss, on what to do next. If you have a solution to this problem. I need your help!!
