This is an addition to Terry Prather's post. Even though the parallelism measurement is not recorded with regards to the location of this surface, it must be noted that you cannot exceed the tolerance limits of location within the parallelism measurement.

This applies to all geometric features. Example, roundness may not exceed the diameter's tolerance limits.
