Jim, thanks for the suggestion of polar coordinates.
Unfortunately, I don't think it would work well in this case. One of the problems is that I don't know where the center of this radius is (it doesn't have to be anywhere in particular, it only needs to be the specified radius).
Points in polar mode would certainly be easier than the #V1 command which was my first thought, but the center point has to be known for both to work.
