I'm trying to correlate a plane probed with comp off to a cone built from points taken with comp on. using the disc stylus in this manner requires the plane to be manipulated by translating it in relation but I'm getting lost in the calculation and needs some help. I would like to hear from anyone who has experience using the disc in this capacity.
