Your message leaves me a little in the dark as to what you are trying to achieve.
If you are measuring the plane with probe comp off, you will need to off set the plane to the proper position by using either "PR" or "NPR or you can use the MV command to move the feature the correct distance. Look in the MLB help for the correct syntax. The correlation between the plane and the cone can be a number of things. Please explain further and I will try to help.
