I am assuming you want to intersect the line with the center of the circle.Did you construct the circle center to a point & try to intersect?? If that didn`t work, without sitting there , I would say try to constuct a gauge point that you could use in conjuntion with the measured features to allow you to constuct the point you want. Experiment, you will discover other abilities!!
