We are utilizing a Zeiss Eclipse 4040-24.

Is it possible to obtain a copy of the VDI/VDE 2617 standard on length measuring uncertainty?

The spec sheet for this CMM details a length measuring uncertainty difference between Joystick/CNC u1 & Joystick/CNC u3. What is the u1 & u3 nomenclature? In which case is each uncertainty value applicable?
