Hello all
I am wondering if anyone else has run into trouble when importing cad data into virtual dmis?
Specifically, I am referring to the length of time it takes to convert an .iges file into files readable by virtual dmis. (.rle and .wrl files)
Example: a 2.41MB iges file took just about 55 minutes to translate into a 14.6MB rle file and an 8.73MB wrl file, and this is with the resolution tolerance adjusted to 50.0 in the translator program!(the default is 1.0)
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
