I don't know if this fits your situation, but I also had problems like this and was able to get through it by cleaning the module and TP with the cleaning kit. I almost always found some dust or something that had worked it's way in there. You might also want to contact LK service and have them fax or e-mail the current switch settings from England. I've heard they are constantly switching the combinations to try and find the best operating setting. Sometimes the engineers forget to check these at calibration and/or service calls.
