Thank You all for your information. The reason I used the test block was because I was not even sure that the coordax would be able to make the calculations for distance, perpendicularity, cone angles, etc. Considering all the variables between a DCC and manual machine, the fact that the measuring environments are not the same, the fact that there are some measurements that my supplier must calculate on his own, means that my course of action should be to correlate the measurement points related to a STANDARD to find the real difference. Also, I must work with them on measuring(points,angles,probe sizes,and machine limitations)for each part they will be producing for us to gain any kind of similarity in the readings.
