Our company is able to calibrate sphere plates/hole plates according to DKD and PTB standards. We are running a high precision calibrated PMM12106 in a temperature controlled environment to carry out the calibration.
We also do calibration work on cmm's and we are able to generate VFK-files (Leitz) and CAA-files (Zeiss) to error map cmm's by means of measuring zerodur plates in different positions that cover the measuring volume.
