Doing Tip '0' again was in reference to MeasureMax (or even Direct Inspect) in the sense that the s/w would prompt you to redo Tip 0 when you indicate that you have moved the sphere. What are you using for s/w? One of the above or FLB/OFI? Regardless of what you're using LA is the proper FLB/MLB command and can be used for movement of the sphere after doing Tip 0 @ MEA.
