If you can not get pictures, can you justify having enough equipment for each setup. You could then use Dykem or paint sticks to color code your setups and reference that color in your instructions.

As far as the quality of your pictures on the production floor. I had to get creative with mine and use cardboard and shop towels to create backdrops for contrast and to block ambient lighting. It looks like Bill has a real good spot for taking pictures!!
