CheckMate will simulate your whole machine while writing offline DMIS. This is very stable and powerful software and works extremely well with LK Camio. There is also a module they have that will allow you to measure, say 100 features, and do iterative alignments. This can balance error and give you more options and power at the LK. I believe LK only allows 6 features.
