When you are in LK-DMIS and LK Camio it will simulate the measuring machine to an extent. You can not view a cad model of your CMM, unless you have one developed. What you can do is load the model of your part and a model of your probe configuration. To save money you could also draw a simple rectangle with the same dimensions as your measuring volume and load this with the other two. If you refer to the manual it gives very clear, step by step instructions on how to set up your program.
