Talk about service!
This morning, I e-mailed Mr. Maiocco's comment to my contact at Brown&Sharpe, in RI, and he already had it through company channels. Fast.
We will see what EPROM changes do, I'll keep the group informed.
TUTOR certainly is an easy system to use, once I got the hang of it. I only had to go to war with the entrenched machinists who could not accept measurements from a computer, just one time. The CMM won hands down, over a lot of other stuff. We now rely on it, without even thinking of other measurement methods.
Thank you for the other thoughts, too. No avenues of investigation are ever wasted here.
Regards,
Bob
