i have some doubts while using true position.

my readings,

mea theo dev
X 31.37 31.5 -0.13
Y 38.61 38.70 -0.09
Z -43.959 - 44.0 -0.041
DM 40.248 40.0 0.248
tp 0.136 0.20 0.036

problem:
measured TP value is 0.136, nominal value is
0.20, eventhough my TP value with in my nominal value, i am getting out of tolerance
0.036.
why i am getting like this? how Tp calculation are working in tutor for windows?
awaiting for anybodies suggestion.
