It looks like your system is reporting radial true position based on a diametral true position tolerance (TP diametral tol =.200, actual TP in ZX calculates to .136 radial, .200/2= .100, .136 -.100=.036). If I remember correctly, in Tutor for Windows, you can report on TP either diametrically or radially - you can set the reporting parameter in one of the setup windows, maybe its System Parameters but I don't remember for sure...I hope this is helpful.
