Addison,

Since you have a TP200 you must also have a PI200 Probe interface. The PI200 has a number of Dipswitches on the back panel. I believe that Switch number 3, will allow you to set the TP200 sensitivity. By changing this Switch, the TP200 will be less prone to spurious triggers in Air. You may want to refer to the PI200 Manual to confirm this.

The accuracy loss is very in-significant, assuming you're not trying to chase tenths of microns.
