Keith,

One more thing. Are you speaking of a hole pattern such as a flywheel or brake rotor in which you need to tolerance all the holes together as one measurement? It would appear that John is looking at it this way but I was referring to reporting different holes in general. In this case you add the bonus tolerance from only one hole at a time to that of your 0.01 TP tolerance zone. A hole having an 0.8mm bonus would then reveal a TP tolerance zone of 0.81 overall.
